Our network is built on cutting-edge technology with a simple philosophy – there’s more room in the sky. By using high-speed wireless links and building an aerial network, we can rapidly deploy in communities at a fraction of the time and cost of wired networks (like the NBN), while beating their speeds to boot.

Frequently asked questions.

What goes on my roof?

For small installs, our trained technicians install one or two small radios (about the size of a wine bottle) on a single pole that we securely fasten to your roof.

For larger installs, we may have some additional equipment to put up on your roof. Most of these still won’t be larger than a small satellite dish.

What happens if the tenants move out?

If the current tenants move out and the new tenants don’t want access to fast, secure internet, we’re more than happy to come and remove the equipment at no cost to you – just let us know.

Do you offer monetary incentives for unused roof space?

If your building is at least 4 stories tall or you have good line of sight to your surrounding suburbs (and their buildings) we may lease your roof space from you.

What's the installation process like?

If your building is a single or small dwelling, you can find out more about our usual installation process here

For larger buildings, it usually takes us 3-4 hours to get everything hooked up and locked into the OneQode network. If you’re getting us to do a larger, in-building project, we’ll give you an estimate of the additional time before we start.

Do I need to be there for the installation?

No you don’t, but you’re more than welcome to be around. We’re happy to call if we have any issues, so don’t feel obliged.
